Founder and lead engineer at Blue Force Design and Development, specializing in mechanical design, product engineering, and industrial system development.
I am a product designer and developer with a strong engineering background and more than 15 years of experience working with physical products and industrial systems.
My education combines hands-on industrial training and formal product development studies. I first studied Automated Industrial Production in Argentina, where I built a solid foundation in manufacturing processes, machinery, and industrial systems. Later, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Product Development in Denmark, focused on structured development methods, design thinking, and turning ideas into manufacturable products.
Throughout my career, I have worked across the full product lifecycle — from early concepts and prototyping to detailed design, validation, and production support. I enjoy solving complex technical problems, improving existing products, and helping ideas become real, working solutions.
My approach to engineering and product development is built on practical experience, structured methods, and a deep understanding of manufacturing realities.
Engineering is a team effort. I work closely with clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the development process.
Technical details should never be confusing. I explain design decisions, constraints, and trade-offs in clear language that non-engineers can understand and act on.
Beautiful CAD models are worthless if they can't be manufactured. I design with DFM principles, material constraints, tolerance analysis, and supplier capabilities in mind.
Every project follows a proven methodology — from requirement definition and risk analysis to detailed design, validation, and production documentation.
I focus on designs that are not only technically sound but also practical, maintainable, and cost-effective. Solutions must work in the real world, not just in theory.
Engineering is an iterative process. I continuously refine designs, incorporate feedback, and optimize solutions based on testing, validation, and production learnings.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, CAD design, and manufacturing support, Blue Force brings deep technical knowledge across the full product development spectrum.
Expert in SolidWorks (CSWA certified) for part design, assembly modeling, sheet metal, weldments, surfacing, and PDM data management.
Strength calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, FEA simulation, thermal analysis, and design verification testing.
Production drawings (GD&T), assembly instructions, BOMs, spare parts lists, maintenance manuals, and supplier specifications.
FDM 3D printing services for functional prototypes, design validation, jigs, fixtures, and small production runs.
Optimization for machining, casting, welding, sheet metal forming, injection molding, and assembly processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
